Escudo, again, in a jmallen5 dublin-ish freehand. (I know that's JKP, not Escudo in the pic, it's an old pic)

    Spoiler:
    Like hell I did.

Today was an all-day smokeapalooza! I passed out cigars (Rocky Patels, if you're interested) around the office, and we had a big smokeout on the smoke deck outside at lunch. I smoked a total of five bowls today as well: a bowl of Ennerdale in the St. Pat's 999 this morning, two bowls of Squadron Leader in the Tinsky prince this afternoon, and I'm closing out this evening by staying up a bit late to finish off my second bowl of HOTW in my blasted Mario Grandi this evening.

Today I am smoking some 7 year old Escudo in a Stanwell Legend. I usually only crack open a tin of Escudo for special occasions, but I woke up today so that was a very special occasion.

After the first ten smokes, I waxed it and let it sit for a while. That brought out some colour. Now I'll have to give it another ten or twenty and see how it goes. Poor me.

I bought these from Ebay. They seem to work really well. http://www.ebay.ca/itm/280626819811

Your local hardware store should have beeswax, beats paying shipping (maybe)

I'm lazy. The subway fare to and from my hardware store would cost me more than shipping, anyway

Oh, a big city boy looks like ebay has 1 pound blocks for under $13 shipped, that should last a LONG while.

Good Saturday morning to all. Boswell's Pipers Pleasue in a Sav Tris bent billiard with black coffee chaser. Wife, her friend and I are getting ready to hit the town for a little shopping and lunch. Got to go to Hobby Lobby for jars and pipe cleaners. Planning to grill steaks tonight so will have some mild latakia blend outside with a few cold Presidente beers. Nice day in North Florida. 68 degrees this morning and only the mid 80's today; tomrrow 95!

Boswells raspberry cream in my beater cob. This thing has gotten way to much attention this week. Haven't been home enough to smoke anything else and I don't care if I drop this one in the water or leave it at the bar. Would be pissed at myself if I did that with one of my good pipes.

I am still smoking from that tin of Escudo I cracked open yesterday. The pipe is an old meer I found (that missed my massive pipe selloff back in February). I am going to have to purchase another pipe or two in the near future.
