Default Smoke Of the Day - December

Lets celebrate the launch of this subforum with a good cigar or a favorite briar. What are you smoking this month?

Finishing up a tin of C&D Da Vinci before it dries out. Tobacco drawer is empty, no sign of a full selection of SG anywhere.

Should we stick with the POTD and the COTD format? Or go with a smoke of the day?

I don't know anything, and I've never had a cigar, but I kinda like Smoke of the Day so I can see what the stogie guys are doing. When I see all those cool cigar names it makes me wanna try one. Then again, we pipe smokers might end up over-run.

My brother gave me a box of Nat Sherman Black & Gold cigarettes when we met for Thanksgiving lunch ... it bills itself as "The World's Most Elegant Cigarette," and its certainly a very nice smoke.

Not something you want to hurry through at all, like the Camel Wides that are my default. I've been rationing them out to one a day after dinner, and its really a nice way to relax.

He also gave me a Rocky Patel cigar, but I'm not sure which model. Its about a 6x50 ... he usually gives me Paul Garmerians, but this year he went in a different direction on the recommendation of the tobacconist at Georgetown Tobacco. (My brother is a non-smoker.)

Ugh time constraints suck...Camel Turkish Royals until I get some time to enjoy a pipe or cigar. I need to get a small pipe that will actually smoke well for those times when I don't have half an hour or more to kill.
