Old school or new school 3824 beginish? And by that I mean long loft version or short loft version.

New school with the shorter loft. It will be nice to compare with Joel's review based on the longer lofted brush.

I almost bought another 3824 when the shorter lofts came out, but I decided against it as I didn't want another like handle. Thus I got the 3124. It should definitely be interesting. I know many like the shorter loft, but I like the longer loft better. Something just seems 'off' from the shorter loft.

I had a longer loft 3226, and found that it was a complete flop monster. The shorter loft 3124 is a fantastic brush. If you need volunteer's for the 3*24 series, let me know!

    Craig,

By all means jump into the Chronicle pool next week. It would be interesting to compare two 3X24 Savile Row brushes.

It looks like Omega boars are lining up next.

Bob is far too much of a pro to let slip a detail like that.

Nicely worded Franz. Sounds like my 10066 is close, but still an amateur for the upcoming crowd.

Nonsense! Regardless of the model, all experiences with Omegas will be welcome!
