hey john. just a quick Q. the BANDB coupon only works for selected items or for any purchases by b and b members? It only seems to work for select items for me at the moment. Is there another secret coupon for B and B members that I'm not aware of?

Yup, only select products. We try to keep prices low across the board to start. Some manufacturers do not allow us to discount further. Of course, if you find lower prices elsewhere, please do let us know. We're usually able to price match (total order with shipping costs).

Anyone know how I can get hold of Merkur? I bought my 25C from WCS about a year ago and it is brassing bad...I've had Merkur/Solingen Razors for years, and this is the first one to do that.

Any ideas on who to contact at the Mfr?

Not sure what you're seeing. Our website is up and running with zero downtime for many months (we have a monitoring service to make sure of it). Orders have been coming in as usual as well. When did you see it down and what did you see?

Sorry about that. There was an inventory miscount (human error). I think you're talking about the Classic cream, right? It's on order, but I don't have an ETA yet. I'm hoping another week or so.

Hi John, I am in Canada....and have tried to go to your website on 3 or 4 different computers in different areas (home, work, cellphone) and it just shows a blank screen like it is trying to access the site, and then it just cuts and says wesite not found......very weird, as I was just on the website 3 days ago and placed an order..

Not really sure what to say. It's possible that the ISP in your area is having a hard time talking to our ISP. It happens occasionally, but doesn't usually last very long. We haven't seen any dip in order frequency lately.

Ted Pella does not offer them at wholesale, so I could bring them in, but it would be cheaper just buying direct.

Just want to give a great big thanks for getting my order to me so quick and more importantly a thanks for having such a fine business. I was looking at two other sites before I placed my first ever order for shaving related goods with West Coast Shaving.

I really appreciate such a large selection. The other two left a lot to be desired.
