Cold Brewing?

I use a Toddy.

There are lots of different ways to brew, just need any sort of container. The main question is how do you want to strain/filter out the grounds when the brewing process is finished, and do you want to do multiple infusions? I found that a french press worked well for doing back-to-back brews in frig, just add more water and stir and its ready to go for the second day. Only issue with the press is that you if also want the convenience of keeping the plunger inserted, it will take up a lot of vertical space. That wasn't a problem in my refrigerator door, but would not have worked if it had to sit on a shelf.

There is an older thread on cold brewing that might be of interest too.

I use my chemex. Just let grounds sit in a pitcher overnight, then in the morning drain into the chemex! Super easy and tastes great. I love cold brew!
