Default FS: Newbie set - C&E, Merkur HD, Tesco, creams - REDUCED

REDUCED. For sale – newbie starting kit. Includes Crabtree & Evelyn best badger brush, Merkur HD razor, one 10 pack of Tesco blades, one tube of German Nivea cream, and one tube of US Palmolive red. The brush and razor are in very good condition and come in their original boxes. I used the brush for a couple of months before I bought a larger one. I have used the Merkur HD in rotation for around 9 months with a couple of other Merkurs. It’s been boiled and cleaned and is ready to use. No big scratches on the razor - just maybe a few microscratches. This is a great starting kit and might be all you ever need for a razor and brush.

Price is ** reduced to $60 USD ** which includes shipping by USPS Priority Mail and Paypal fees. I can take Paypal (verified accounts only) with no fees and shipping to confirmed Paypal addresses only, please. If you want to pay by USPS money order, I will give a discount and the price will be ** reduced to $57 USD **. CONUS sales only, please.

Thanks for looking and regards from Texas,

    Larry C

    I <<sniff>> hate those words!!!!

  3. Default brush only?

Would you be willing to part with the brush only, or is this a firm package deal?

I can't believe that this is still available. The razor and brush alone make it worth the price!!!

I've been thinking the same thing.

Same here. Seriously, if you're new here and reading this, buy it now. I have the same razor and brush - great stuff, especially at this price. Alone, those two items would be $75 new, plus you get blades, creams, etc.

And the Nivea cream is very well-regarded.

If I didn't have more razors than I needed already ...

Seriously, I can't understand why this is still up here.

Seriously, this is a great deal! The brush and razor alone cost more than what Larry is asking. Add in the creams and blades, this kit is easily worth $70.

Unfortunately gentlemen, it seems the only Newbie who's interested in this lives in Canada, and I understand Larry's reasons for not wanting to send to me.

I'm also amazed nobody has jumped all over it.

Thanks Jim. Also, thanks for understanding about the Canada thing. You're a top notch gentleman and a credit to this board.
