Sorry fellas. It is Better Off Dead. Same actor was the sidekick in both that and Risky Business. (Don't remember his name, but I always remember him as Booger from Revenge of the Nerds.)

I only know a few other films he was in (and I'm pretty sure that's not from "Ray"). A guess..."Dodgeball"?
Even more childish than Dodgeball, and it wasn't a major role.
He was in other movies? Darn those character actors. They can just blend into the character and I never recognize them.
