Best in my opinion is Blanton's, EH Taylor single barrel. These are not the least expensive though.
For a more budget smooth sipper I like Eagle Rare, Weller 12, Elmer T Lee, EH Taylor small batch
Lately though, since I've been trying to save a little money my go to bourbons are Weller, Weller 107, and Buffalo Trace
