Used the soap now for several years. And after first hating the talc I have warmed up to it.
If I want a really FRESH bath, nothing beats Mysore Sandal Soap or Chandrika.
Ive been reading all about this soap since joining B&B. Where can I find this? Indian stores? Are those the only Brick and Mortar stores? I noticed Amazon sell them too.
I just received 3 cases of 12 and all are dated as being packed June 2009.

Got mine at an Indian grocery store for $1.49. It was packed 9/10. It's definitely a strongly scented soap. I don't think I could stand it any stronger. I looked for the powder but they didn't have any by Mysore (Karnataka Mfg.)
They did have some Sandlewood powder by Ponds and I'm thinking this was Ponds India but I'm not sure. I might go back some time and try the Ponds powder.
Oh, it was 150gr. by the way.

Tried it today for the first time.
Loved it!
Lathers well and the scent is very masculine.
Plus my bathroom smell great all the time now.
Reading the back label it seems that I have about three years to use it.
Got it for $1.79 a bar at a local "Indian" store.
