    Default New Rescales

Here are two rescales I did today! The blades were both run thru the greaselss to shine them up and remove most of the pitting! I unfortunately erased the before pics.

Wade & Butcher in Acrylic scales with a white liner and black spacer. The pins are silver nickle with stainless washers.

Wade & Butcher Faux Frameback in Red Brown Faux Tortoise style acrylic. Stacked stainless washers with brass rod.

Thanks for looking! Any all comments are appreciated!

Love the stacked washers and pinning, you're really nailing it. I wish I had the patience for pinning

Also the lining is a nice with dark scales, really gives a great contrast.

    I'll keep that in mind

I just rescaled a few and was able to save pink ivory scales from a frame back. Real nice wood, just needs to be sanded and will take a beautiful CA coating.

Default Before pictures of the razors

Here are the two razors as they were received by Nerdman. I am a lucky fellow; he has done a great job on refurbishing and rescaling them for me. First is the faux frameback and then the other W&B.

That first one reminds me of a 1950's car. Black and chrome with the name down the side.

Thumbs up Better than the pictures!

I just received these from Nerdman today and they look way,way better in person than the pictures. I am going to hone up the one with my name on it in the morning and give it a go! The craftsmanship is really outstanding. We are going to have to start calling him Das Nerdman- the Acrylic Wizard
