FS: Barber's Hones

For sale – 3 barber’s hones ***ALL 3 SOLD***

I don’t know if they need lapping or if they can be used as is. I have not tried to use them. My knowledge of hones is extremely limited, non-existent really. I did some research to learn about these three hones before posting here. If I have made an error in my description of the condition and suitability of the hones let me know.

1) Carborundum 118S, stone in excellent shape, box in very good shape. I have been told that the grit is equivalent to 4-6K. No chips in any of the edges Asking $25.

2) Swaty 2-line, stone in good to very good condition. Many chips on the edges but both faces are still smooth and chip free. About 7/16” thick. Asking $20

3) Swaty 2-line, stone in good condition. It has more chips on the edges than the other Swaty, but the face is still blemish free, about 3/8” thick. Asking $15
