I thought she was kind of sexy, do you have any info about this razor?

So I bought this on fleabay this week, I got it for like 6 Euros, I liked the handle, but I have no Idea where or when it was made.

By the look of that "double ring" it looks like an early model.

The case looks like is in great shape.

What do you think guys?
