Off hand I think if you only have a "personal account" there is no fee but you are limited in how much you can do each month in business. A Premeir or Business account costs you 3% and $0.25 per transaction but you can then do unlimited business.

you can sell your razor anywhere you want, using whatever payment methods you want- personal checks, money orders, visa, netpend, paypal etc.
If you use paypal you will pay a transaction fee, but paypal is so convenient I prefer it for buying from private parties on the web.

With a personal account, you may receive payment funded by existing PayPal funds and Instant transfer without fees. With an upgraded account you can receive payment from those and credit/debit cards, but paypal takes 2.9% plus a $.30 transaction fee.

I believe even the personal accounts can now get credit card payments, but you are limited to a certain number per year and the fee is closer to 5%.
