Wow, I saw that recently at around the same price so it looks like there was no last minute bidding frenzy.

Well, there's one example of when a low ball BIN offer would have netted the seller more money. lol.

I'm the guilty party... After finding NOTHING in local antique shops, I stumble upon two wooden cased big fellows about a month apart. Because of this fortune, I decided that I should collect big fellows as they seemed to be collecting me (poonjaji's words there). I think you guys would be hard pressed to argue that point after winning this bargain

But hey, I'm not without a sense of giving back (to the universe I guess)... I've been meaning to do this for a while now, so I'll mention it here.
