Provence Sante' Shave cream-why bother?

I had bought a tube of Provence Sante' shave cream as their soaps are so highly regarded here. My short review-don't bother. It is a brushless cream that won't lather no matter what. It is not particularly slick, and does not do much. For the 1/2 the coin, you can buy Cremo, and for a lot less, a tube of KMF. I have tried it as a shave, as a preshave, as a preshave treatment by applying same in the shower to soften up the beard. It is useless in all respects.

I tried it a while back. It took a lot of whipping to get a decent lather and then the lather was light. The cream is very light and just drips from the tube. The shave I got was OK. The strong point of this was is the aroma. I know of others who said as a brushless cream it is good.

I have tried it brushless, and found Cremo to be far superior in terms of slickness. At the price for 1 tube of PS, I can buy 2 tubes of Cremo. I will probably PIF this at some point in time.
