  1. Default One more time for Floris

    I think its important to say this one more time.....man, those Floris folks are incredible when it comes to customer service. I asked for samples on their web site TWO DAYS AGO and today they arrived by mail...to Canada for crying out loud! I can't get that kind of delivery between Montreal and Toronto! And the stuff is really wonderful....the shave cream, the frangrances...all of it. I'm definitely going to order from these people.

    Was less than 12 hours for my samples to arrive (London to Scotland).

    Such nice customer service.

    If only they did a No.89 shaving cream? :(

    YMMV!! I e-mailed them on 16th February, and still nothing, not even an e-mail response ...
    Be there or be square. Only I can do both!

    I just sent an email requesting samples of their shave creams and aftershave and was pleasantly surprised to recieve a response that said "expect samples in aweek to initiate yourself to our product line". Does that mean theyre sending me samples of everything?? Lets hope so!

    The floris sample I received had 5 or 6 cologne samples, two shave cream samples, and two asb samples...I have heard of others receiving this amount or more...so I think you'll be pelasantly surprised when your samples arrive. Also, the samples I got came nicely packaged. Top notch customer service!

    Boy they are fast..and delivered ups.. Im surprised they dont charge for the shipping like others do. Amongst their fragrances I was looking foward to smell Vetivier, but I must say it didnt do it for me. My choice of the bunch is the JF scent. Luckily they sent me all the JF goods; shave cream, aftershave balm, and the EDT.. Good show on their part!

    My favs are No.89 and Cefiro. Why oh why don't they do After-shave balm in those smells :(

    Rumor has it that they are going to be releasing the Shaving Cream and ASB in no. 89. Hopefully this is true.

    That would be a happy day for which I would prance merrily all the way to their shop but probably lose interest by the time I reached the dining room and place the order online.
