    Default Barber supply stores,

Greetings, I'm new here and this will be my first post. What a very nice forum for those of us old timey types that still appreciate the real thing.

I have noticed that some have trouble finding products like the Ever Famous OSAGE RUB (wow I love that stuff). Jerris, and Licky Tiger, Clubman, etc. All the old reliables that our grand-dads grew up with. I have found that local Barber supply stores are the best source for these items. Don't be afraid to go in the store even if they have a sign that reads "We only sell to licensed barbers". If you are looking for the after-shaves and hair tonics they will usually sell these to you, but politely ask first. It's fun to browse all the old favorites.

Atlanta Barber and Beauty Supply has most of the items your interested in at great prices. The only drawback is the shipping. Order alot of product with a friend to make it cost effective.

Its harder to find things in person with the advent of the internet but with the internet its easier to find things.... if that makes any sense.
I found a barber supply place in North Jersey if anyone on here is local to me. Other than that try Sally Beauty Supply.

    Welcome to B&B!

I have bought a few things from the closest Sally Beauty. It's a good option to have.

Try these places to see what's available. Then do brand-name searches to comparison shop for prices.
