    Default Am I right?

    I am curious as to what your opinions are of this razor ( http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...=STRK:MEDWX:IT ). It looks to me like it has been honed a lot, seeing how close the etching comes to the edge near the heel. Is there much life left in it? I was only willing to bid $25 on it as it seems rather near death , bad assumption?

    That razor was honed a lot yes. I saw pictures of other razors where the etching wasn't as close to the edge as that one.

    It doesn't look so bad but until you shave with it, you won't know.

    IMO, you paid too much for it but I can understand the "ah, $1 more, $2 more"... I have to walk away when I bid otherwise I end up paying too much!
