Don't know about B&B, but I ordered with a Styleforum.net discount of 20%.

They are really good socks at a good price. The mid-calf don't stay up all that well for me, but i've got fairly skinny calfs.

hey all--- I found out about Viccel (hello Kemal) on the SF board and ordered 4 or so. Loved em, ordered 6 or so more. will be ordering a few more

I prefer the mid calf as i have large calves, these hug but do not strangle me. Honestly the most breathable socks i ever wore, tried em all.

I found the normal (have not tried summer, as the normal breathed so well, no stink foot in 100 degree weather. I also have not yet tried the wool-silk sox, but everyone on SF has loved em.

I wear with my aldens, allan Edmunds, and casual footwear. in rain, snow and het these shine through.

NOTE: on the shipping, as it comes from Turkey it has to clear customs, first time i ordered customs held them up over a month! second time cleared customs in a few days --go figure....

Try em you will be amazed...

If you click on viccel link on this forum, when you get viccel page you may see indication on top-left of the page.

I have been shopping for socks so that I can compare them to Viccel. I very nearly paid full price for these from Jos A Bank: I am glad I waited (for today's one day sale). I have no idea how good they might be, but for that price....

I just got the Jos A Bank socks, so it will take a few weeks to see how they wear.

With regard to the Viccel wool/silk otc socks, I've washed and worn each pair seven times so far, and they still stay up just fine. That said, their all-natural nature is something of a double-edged sword. On the one hand, they are very comfortable, and they handle foot sweat exceptionally well. On the other, they have shrunk slightly, and some of the colors have faded a shade or so (not the black, though). I suspect that socks made with artificial materials will last longer, but likely won't be as comfortable.

Finally 100%Merino socks are ready. We are really sorry for latency tests and improvements took more than we expected but production hides many things for latency if you are dealing yarn to ready socks.
As brief they are made of australian merino wool as 2 ply yarn which supplies softness and strength.
100% Merino wool socks are 40% thicker than wool-silk socks but they are as soft as wool-silk.
For now we have 8 colors as usual we would like to learn your new thoughts about colors
