Kanji translation help?

I was thinking to myself the other day how nice it would be to have an inexpensive kamisori to teach myself how to hone them, logged onto ebay on a whim and this was waiting for me. $20 sounded good, even if its nothing special, because all I wanted was a practice razor. I'm just curious if anyone recognizes the razor or can translate for me. Much appreciated!


P.S. Anyone ever tumble a kamisori? Any negative effects?

Honing a Kamisori is totally different than honing a western straight and if it really needs major work it can be a very challenging job. I would suggest you do search both here and on SRP where we have discussed this topic in detail numerous times.

Yep - I understand. I am sending my 'keeper' off to a pro, but I do look forward to the challenge of learning to hone these, hence the inexpensive purchase. What i was looking for was some help with identification/translation.

As with anything worth learning, you gotta start somewhere.
