How to convert Publisher files into PDF files?

Fella's, im having an odd time trying to get this down. i've downloaded a couple of programs but seem to end up with "Babylon" all over my computer; which doesn't seem to be working.

is anyone able to walk me through the process?

If you dont mind not being able to edit them again a quick way to do it is download CutePDF(free). You can use that to turn anything printable into a PDF file. It makes a printer called 'CutePDF Writer.' Just select it like you would any other printer and when you click 'Print', instead of actually printing something a 'Save As' box will pop up and you can decide where you want it to be saved and what the title will be. I use it daily at work so I can send files to clients for them to sign but I dont want them to be able to edit to document.
