Sorry i cant help, but well done for asking the question, as i have a set of scales like that...............

I have a Genco that looks exactly like that. I was told it was an ivory color celluloid.

This is called Grained Ivoroid it is a Celluloid material. after a long search on the net I was able to find it at this website...

They did have some that might possibly be big enough to make scales with.

OK - good to confirm the ivoroid. This was on a pre-1847 razor, they can't be the original scales.
