Default Photo Studio In A Box

    Hi,

    Just ordered this: http://americanrecorder.com/catalog/...ge.php?pID=157

American Recorder's Photo Studio In A Box.

Looked perfect for what I want/need to do and looks like it comes with everything I'll need.

Pretty slick looking all-in-one unit. What was the cost?

Worked out to about $70 shipped. That's wholesale though. Not sure what the street price on them is.

Looks pretty good. There was lots of discussion on a very similar looking setup in the Darkroom section. Should be perfect for taking pictures of small items like what you make. Good find.

Actually if you scroll down to the bottom of this page:

    http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZsmile701QQhtZ-1

you'll se them for $39 + $15 shipping. I just cancelled my original order and picked up one of these. $54.00 shipped is pretty good.

    Eric,

Question about voltage set up. I assume it is 110v or is adjustable to 240v.
I would like to get one of these set ups, but am decided by voltage ultimately. Apart from that how is it?

    Thanks
    John

    Yup, it's a 110 setup.

I'm very happy with the overall quality for the money. Nice sturdy material.

Thanks for the quick reply Eric,

Bummer, now I have to really think is it worth the value without the lights?

I'm thinking one a bit larger than a car would work better...

    ha ha ha ....

i was really serious about the that...if it is big enough or not...

I have hats for sale and clothes that would look better photographed with this type of setup...

as a side note, if I had one like the one Randy told me about earlier with an online dealership...now that ould be awesome...
