    There used to be a plethora of German Razor makers, all located in the Solingen steel producing region of Germany, today only Merkur (Mercury) remains.
    I believe your Apollo shares some design features with the Merkur Progress.

    I saw an Apollo set on Ebay last month I believe that looked like that. It's an adjustable I believe.
