Palmolive Gillette NEW / Gillette 7 o'clock Super Platinum
Rooney 1/2 best badger
Muhle porcelain bowl
Muhle nickel plated stand

Palmolive Classic shaving cream
Aramis aftershave splash
Aramis EDT

Found this NEW on eBay last week, and it was utterly unused - the box says it was given free with Palmolive shaving cream so that's what I used. The shave's a tad more aggressive than my British NEW, but still a great shave.

I know some might say that Aramis is a strong scent, and too potent to double up with AS & EDT, but I find it always works well with the older lady :001_smile

Nice start of the thread Vasco!!!

Semogue 830 : Gillette Rocket HD+Lion : Speick stick : Speick aftershave

I had a marvelous shave!

The whiskers just melted away.
A combination of soaking in the 100 degrees hot jacuzzi for an hour, relaxing & looking out over the stunning landscape & the supreme, coticule-honed steel of
my Jernbolaget frameback.

Monday

GEM OCMM
Gem PTFE aka "Ted Pella" (1)
Omega Pro #49
Monsavon Bol à Raser
Nivea Cool Kick ASB
Brut AS

After a few days of injector shaving 2 razors where calling to me today, the slant sledgehammer and the OCMM, I went for the most aggressive of the 2. The OCMM is a beast in the wrong hands, but take it slow and steady with short strokes and this baby well give you the closet shave ever and don't even think about a slight bit of pressure just let it rest in your grip and let the razor do its work. A fantastic shave smooth as a babys bottom and the Monsavon for how cheap it costs is a wonderful soap as soon as my brush hits the soap volumes of lather are produced. What a great way to start the week.

It's been three months since I used a DE razor. If I'm going to justify keeping them around, it was about time. Not quite as close as with my SE/injector razors, but pretty good anyway.
