I get a big kick out of the way the comments under your avatar change as your post count increases.

That said, being a Nancy Boy Nanny is a big encouragement to keep posting to get myself to the next level. For me, anything would be better than being a Nancy Boy.........

I wouldn't be overly proud of that one either. Stan the Man was "quite the legend" (for all the wrong reasons) around here. Unfortunately, I can't find the thread at the moment.

They do get better. It's just that some of them involve inside-ish jokes that n00bs won't necessarily get. But, it's all meant in good fun. We are not a group that picks on newbies.

You think that's bad...try being "Bigelow Boy" (508 posts) or Barbicide Barbarian (before that...I think with ~450 posts)

It changes with the # of posts or something. I know there's a Wiki or some info on the breakdown somewhere (can't seem to locate it right now)...but even that is at the discretion of the moderators

The list in the Wiki is the old one....you can get an idea of the current set from the members list (click on "Community" at top of the page).
