Antique store find, need some more info if possible

Shaving baby skin and turkey necks
Picked up a couple brushes in our last trip to some antique stores. One was an Erskine brush. I love the shape and the coloration, the top is off white and the bottom part is a swirl mix of clear and opaque butterscotch color. Not sure what I do with it, but I think it needs a new knot...
Would like to get some info on this brush, the bottom yields the Erskine name and also the number K-150.

Hmmm

Looks almost identical to an Ever-Ready 2100 Z I have. Just a different colour.

You should definitely restore that. It will come up well.
