Shaving Soap Samples

Is there a place to get shaving soap samples? The Shave Den has a very limited selection, none of which I am interested in, but can't find any other place that seems to have any. Mainly looking for English (GFT rose in particular) and perhaps Italian, but any leads welcome. Thanks!

May have found a partial answer, at least, by checking search history. Soap samples are sufficiently expensive to produce, package and ship that buying a whole product is not that much more, hence no manufacturer has samples and few vendors package them. Sigh!!!

If you ask nicely, many vendors will send you samples of anything they have.
You'll probably have to pay for postage, but even that's not always true.

Thanks you for the thought. Already emailed Trumper's for a sample. They indicated that they do not provide samples of the soap, but offered one of the cream. Regrettably, I am not interested in the cream; already had one and favored TOBS for the rose cream.

The Gentleman's Quarter and Saint Charles Shave offer samples of their soap. SCS is usually a freebie on request or tucked into an order. TGQ charges but the portion size is generous and good for many, many shaves.

I was offering a few samples on the B/S/T. All are gone except Truefitt and Hill if you're interested.

I've enjoyed samples from both vendors. Tonight's shave will be with TGQ's Blackberry Sage soap sample which smells amazing and feels pretty slick to the touch. We shall see how it performs, but it's a pretty large sample puck so it'll last several shaves.

Thanks, Richard. Saw your post on b/s/t and was hoping that a Trumper rose would be in there! That is really the only thing I am interested in - at the moment!

Colleen's so-called sample sizes are pretty generous; you can get more than "several" shaves out of them.
