    Smile New guy from Arizona

Hello, thought I would introduce myself, since I will try and hang around and learn. My name is Tony, better know as Penchetta in the pen making world. I manufacture fine writing instruments. Been doing this professionally for the past 5 years. I own a B&M studio and gallery in Carefree, AZ. So I started turning shaving brush handles about 2 years ago and just now started to activly seek out information on shaving and what most consumers like in a fine shaving brush and how to use it properly and all the other good things that go with it.

    ciao,

    Tony

Tony - Welcome to B&B. I know there are a lot of pen collectors in the group here. I would enjoy seeing what you have done with your shave brushes. Please post some pics or sell some in the mall forum!

Welcome. Take a look at "My blog" (link below) for quite a bit of info on shaving with a safety razor. Do you shave with a safety razor yourself?

Hi Mike, I shave with a razor, but not a straight razor. I will have to check out your info.

Limey, I met a FP user already!

Here is a pic of my largest brush. 4" long amboyna burl with a 30mm head.
    It is an eye catcher

    Thanks for the welcome.

    Welcome
Beautiful brush. I just checked out some more of them. If only I had the money. Between SCAD,RAD,TAD,PAD, and whatever else I'm always broke.

    Tony,
    Welcome!

I am a Parker/Sheaffer man, myself, but I have to say I love the cap jewels and clips on your pens. Sweet!

I like them both as well. I always have an inlaid nib inked laying around somewhere. To bad BIC bought Sheaffer. Alot of nice resin Balance pens went by the wayside. Oh, I stock both brands in my store.
