There are many, many shaving sticks out there. Of the 3 you originally listed, I too would vote for Speick. As the thread progressed QED sticks began to be mentioned. Charles at QED is a master fragrance blender and the Bathtub Gin is extraordinary, as is Grapefruit Mint, and Wild Orange. Just wonderful, deeply EO scented soaps which create very dense lather.

What is interesting in Belgium is that the Speick costs 5.00 and the Moos is something like 7.50. So it means the Moos is cheaper by weight!
I regularly use all of these and would rank them (top = fave) as
Palmolive
Speick
Arko
I also really like La Toja and the Saint Charles Shave sticks (great containers as well on those, like a deodorant stick).
I'm crazy about the Speick soap stick.

Valobra is better than both Speick or Palmolive.
But all around Speick is my favourite. It's good in all categories:
Good cushion
Easy to lather
Not drying the skin too much
Fantastic scent
