Tonight was my first one... my first BBS that is!

It finally happened!!! my first DE BBS shave!!!

I wasn't aiming for it, but I guess the perfect combination of all factors associated with my shave was there and I just managed to achieve DE BBS nirvana .

What I did/used:

- Took a nice warm shower
- Followed Kyle's prep
- Prepped lather using T&H Lavender cream
- Lathered up using my BB EJ brush
- Loaded a brand new Astra SP blade into my EJ DE89L
- 3-pass shave (WTG, XTG, ATG) with the lightest touch I've ever used when shaving
- Hot/warm/cold water rinse
- Applied some Thayer's Original with Aloe WH

And well... voila !!! not even a single nick or cut .

great stuff!!! I had my first one about a month ago, so I understand the satisfaction.

I remember my first BBS like it was a week or so ago. Mostly because it was.

I'm still looking forward to mine...getting better and better. I'm sure the forces will come together sometime in the future and I'll experience the PERFECT SHAVE, too! Until then, I'm enjoying myself and am quite happy with my smooth, comfortable and longer-lasting shaves....
