The L'Occitane cologne has a nice lavender note, and it is one of the few lavender scents that seems to last a little while on my skin.
Took the leap into straights today, with shaking hands.
Razor: Dovo 5/8 fresh off Lynn's hone
Brush: Vulfix 2234 Super Badger
Cream: Mama Bear's Spicey Lime (nothing better!)
AS: Ogallala Bay Rum with a little of Mama Bear's Alum block
Cologne: C.O. Bigelow's Elixir Black
I'm suprised to say that I got a very nice shave, just took a bit longer to get comfortable. No bleeders, just a slight nick at the chin. I'll take it as a victory for the first straight shave!

Late post but I made it through the month without straying! Not quite 30 days of Cella since I didn't shave every day ( ) but at least for all of June. Never got too bored with the soap; the scent got repetitive, but the lather was always perfect
