Has anybody used Citra-Solv in a safety razor restore or cleaning project? If so, with what results?

VdH Luxury, Speick, C.O. Bigelow, Real Shaving Cream, AOS, Cella.
Be careful with Citra-Solv, Orange Glo (Clean) or Orange Oils because if you have plastics or plastics that look like chrome, it can discolor or even warp the plastics.
It should work with metals but it may discolor some due to different finishes.
Simple Green may be better for this since it is advertised for automotive applications.
Good Fortune.

Losing my grip on reality while gaining a grip on my razors. BOTOC, LOSER and OGA member.
Mercy unto you, and peace, and love, be multiplied (Jude verse 2).
I like using 4711, a little for the razor, a little for me...
Mostly for working down into a TTO handle to loosen up the threads, not for soaking. Except for my face.
