My favorites are Guatemalan Antigua, Brazilian Santos, and Jamaican Blue Mountain. I've also has some wonderful coffee from Tanzania and Papau New Guinea, but it's so hard to find them good.
 
I can't say that my palate is particularly refined, but the coffee I make is either Kaldi's Kenya or Starbucks Kenya. I wish I could find a local roaster, so I could see what truly fresh coffee tastes like.
