My favorites are Guatemalan Antigua, Brazilian Santos, and Jamaican Blue Mountain. I've also has some wonderful coffee from Tanzania and Papau New Guinea, but it's so hard to find them good.

I can't say that my palate is particularly refined, but the coffee I make is either Kaldi's Kenya or Starbucks Kenya. I wish I could find a local roaster, so I could see what truly fresh coffee tastes like.

Because I'm Canadian, and not willing to wait for roasted beans to come by snail-mail and clear customs, I've never used these folks, but many on the coffee boards rave about their coffees:
