"Mark As Read" Feature Not Working

The "Mark as Read" feature is a great feature in a forum, it helps you keep track of posts you have read, and when new posts are made in threads that you would like to keep up on. HOWEVER, it has to work!
For some reason it is not working for me on this forum at all. Every time I log in all the posts show that I have not read them. It works just fine on other forums that I am part of. Anyone else having this problem? I contacted admin and they made some minor suggestions, but it hasn't worked. I want to know if anyone else has the problem before I bother admin about it again. Bloody frustrating, as this is my favourite forum, and the only one that doesn't work properly!!

No sooner do I open my mouth than the problem just evaporates spontaneously. I swear, it has not worked since I joined. Now it's working fine. Grrrrr. Ah well, at least it is working now!
