new brush advice

Hi guys, currently my main brush is an SR3122 in silvertip, and since getting started in wetshaving last October, I have been mainly a cream guy with the infrequent foray into Tabac (an easy to lather soap IMO), and some difficulties with Trumper Rose. Thinking about getting a dedicated soap brush and looking at Dukes (2 or 3) in best and the Ehsan. Any suggestions or input is welcomed.

You're definitely on the right track with all three of those brushes. Think densely packed, short loft, smaller knots for a good soap brush. For me, 22 mm knots or less work best. I beat a dead horse whenever I suggest it, but have a look at the Simpson 50 series. The 55, 56 or 57 would fit the bill, and in Best Badger, will be much less expensive than the Supers.
