Default is old spice the most refined cheapie?

now many of you may be laughing at old spice and refined being used in the same sentence but i have no memory of anyone using this and have only smelled it for the first time. so i have no associations with used car salesmen or dad for that matter. but this stuff ain't bad. i'm using old old spice in glass bottles if that counts for anything. are there any other good aftershaves that are on the warming/red side that are as good and affordable as os? not looking for the floids or musgos but the drugstore stuff.

Clubman. I prefer it head and shoulders over Old Spice.

I have to agree that the Clubman smells great.

Clubman! You must get a bottle - I much prefer it to Old Spice. You might also be able to find 4711 inexpensively, as well, and I recommend it.

And 15 minutes after reading this thread, I sit at home with a bottle of Clubman purchased from the local drugstore. I really do hate you guys now

Clubman really is magnificent. But so is Old Spice. At that price, why choose? Aqua Velva is quite wonderful too. Get 'em all!

Got a bottle of Clubman. Not crazy about it. Reminds me of Brut. My wife hates it. I like OS and Aqua Velva and Master Bay Rum.

Old Spice Fresh scent is really nice, with a distictive fragrance. It is becoming hard to find however. For me THE drugstore kings are OS and AV Ice Blue.

based on the price of real old spice you could get something even more refined like stetson or royal copenhagen.

Original Old Spice, now called Classic, is my drugstore favorite.

Yeah, I don't really get the comparison. Clubman beats Brut in my opinion, but I'll probably always keep the latter around to wear every once in a while.
