That's odd. I got mine some time ago. It sounds like there may have been a bit of a mix up. I'd say to send a PM to Joel. (It was Joel handling the brushes again, wasn't it?)
Keeping in mind that Joel, and others, have day jobs; it might take a little while to respond. In the mean time, I'd gather your confirmation and such so that, when you do speak to them, you have all the information they'll need to find out what happened.
There is always the possibility that the brush went out but there was a problem during shipping. You may want to make sure you didn't get a shipping number. If you did, I'd use that for a first option.
