WHEW! Navigating that order process was scary! But I finally got through and succesfully completed my order!

For those having problems, note that if you have not ordered before, you have to register first. I just used the same id and pwd as my B&B accoubnt, but you do have to register first. It is a separate thing from your B&B account! Then follow the checkout, put in your gift certificate number and voila! you have made it! When I first placed my order (last December), I wrote down my gift certificate number and placed it in a secure place so I wouldn't forget it! I think that is what a lot of guys are having problems with....they cannot access their gift certificate number! This should be somewhere in the shopping cart's database, so hopefully can be retrieved?

Thanks to all who worked on this project and I am really looking forward to that brush! I have had a Kent BK8 for two years and it is great, but I look forward to a slighl=tly smaller and firmer knot.

Wasn't there an email that was sent out after the per-order
purchase that has your gift cert number.

I was trying to dig out the email...no luck...there has to be an alternative way to get our gift certificates...

Check your order history for the transaction where you purchased the brush reservation. The invoice for that transaction will have your gift certificate number. That's what I did.

?!?! Have you tried searching through your emails?? You should have received TWO of them from 'support [at]badgerandblade [dot] com' and another sent to yourself...

The subject lines of each of them are and all include your gift certificate number... :

Badger & Blade, Inc: Gift Certificate for you
Badger & Blade, Inc: Your order #___ has been processed
Badger & Blade, Inc: Gift Certificate was successfully sent to _______

I had a problem at first my certificate number was invalid. I started over and everything went smooth. My butterscotch is on its way. Thanks to Joel, Nick and all the mods for there hard work. I hope everything get's sorted out for everyone having problems. Can't wait to break this baby in.

Woohoo!!! One of each coming my way. I placed the original orders separately so I didn't have any problems with redemption. Thanks to everyone involved for making this happen. Can't wait to receive these beauties!!!

Should be at the very bottom, above the subtotal.

There should be an invoice email that has minimal info and a email with the gift cert info, mine had the title " Badger & Blade, Inc: Gift Certificate for you‏"
This email should have your gift cert #.

I put in my order, used the gift cert that I received back in December, and the order went through properly, with no issues.

Does anybody know how long before the brushes will actually get mailed out to us now?
