I was one of the lucky gents who got the last round of extra butterscotch brushes. However, I have been unlucky in trying to order.

    1. I can't find a gift certificate number on my email receipt.
    2. The store couldn't find me as a registered user via my email address where I received the receipt.
    3. There's no other way to look up an order, apparently, from my side
    4. I had to "re-register" in order to try and place the order, where I'm stuck with no gift certificate number (but an email receipt and PayPal receipt proving I paid)
    5. I over-estimated shipping by $2. My happy donation, however, if this gets fixed and the brush is shipped to me.

Got mine ordered and on the way. I had hoped that maybe they would have made it out last week as my birthday was last Friday, but this will be good enough. Exciting!

Yeah, baby. A little butterscotch eye candy will be on its way in a week or two. Can't wait to compare notes with everyone after we break them in!

Sounds like those who ordered 2 or more brushes were only charged a $10 fee for shipping, instead of $10 per brush ordered for shipping. That's probably done on purpose, since it wouldn't cost an extra $10 to toss another brush in the same shipping box as the first brush... but the Shopping Cart looks like it's not able to remove the $10 shipping charge per brush, hence the $10 "short" it's seeing on some gents' orders.

I'm sure the Mod Team will get it squared away quickly. Thanks to Joel and Nick for making this one happen!!

Same problem. I was able to log in and look up my order history. However, the invoice only provides an order number or sku. As part of the extra brush buy, I don't think we were provided gift certs. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Harry, I am here to help. Since it doesn't really cost any more to ship two, they can send yours to me. After you pay the small ransom shipping and handling, I can send it to you.

I'm also having problems logging in. I have tried using the password recovery, using the user name and password that is automatically sent to my email, I get either an invalid user name or password message or I have to input a security code. Inputing the security code does nothing other then reload the security code. I can also see a message telling me that I need to enable java scripts. I have java scripts enabled. Any help would be appreciated.

This is probably the case; maybe instead of gift certs, we actually just bought the brushes outright and don't need to do anything extra. That's certainly what my email receipt looks like, but we need confirmation on that.

I gather that these guys are west cost, and are likely fast asleep right now, so maybe it'll pan out in the afternoon.

I was able to redeem my gift certificate for my Butterscotch Brush!

But Blake seems to be holding my two Ebony Brushes "HOSTAGE"!

The issue with ordering is being looked at, give the team a few hours to sort it out if you ordered more than one brush.

    +1 to all the troubles.
I have a gift certificate for two Butterscotches for $280. The way I remember it is that each brush was $135 plus $10 shipping. Now the shipping is $20 according to the shopping cart. I tried adding $10 with PayPal but there was a
    $800 surcharge! Yikes! Help please!!

Thanks for making this happen. It's obviously a lot of work.

Mine went through perfectly. Just wanted to say thanks.

At last! My order is placed and all went smoothly (I hope). Looking forward to shaving with this brush and I'm sure it'll be worth the wait.

Just my completely uneducated 2 cents:

The cart thinks you owe it ($135 * 2) + ($10 * 2) = $290. $145 (which includes shipping) for each brush. When people *created* the gift certificate, it saw the multiple brush orders as a single order, and $10 shipping was charged ($280 total).

Now that you have to actually *add* the brushes to your cart, it's adding them as $135 + $10 each brush, so 2 brushes = $290 when added... but the gift certificate is only for $280.

Nick, Jim et. al. will get it fixed post haste. They're good like that.

Got mine ordered. Since this is my 3rd LE, I think I finally got the procedure down pat! +1 on the kudos and thanks for all the hard work by the mods who put this together! Can't wait for little Mr. Butterscotch to arrive.

I was able to log in and place my order. I had to reload Java to get it to work.
