Case (inside) for No.58 Set

Has anybody ever seen different case design for #58, I've only ever see this type but have come across a different one now. Did they change them for different years or is one special release or something?

I don't have a pic right now but there is no red 'loop' for the razor end and the blade case section is sunken down into the case much further, almost hiding the blades

I haven't seen alot of #58's but the ones with cases have all been the same as the one on the Mr Razor site.

Without seeing each without the blade box in, it could be just a case that someone has cut a slot out of. Interesting pick up though.

Oh I've seen it, it's different and made that way. The metal base is a completely different molding and hasn't been modified by anyone. The mystery continues...

Yep, there's two types of cases one with the loop and one without.

That´s the switch time: 1955 without loop, 1956 with loop

From what I've seen there are two kinds of cases. There is one without the band holding the razor handle and one without. I think there's one as a coronation set also.

But do correct me if I'm wrong. I'm still a newb!
