If you're one of those dumb and shallow kinda guys who ignore experienced reviewers on this site and prefer instead to be guided by pretty L'Occitane sales girls on the QVC UK TV shopping channels (Alexis I think her name is, the one with the nice eyes!) then you will probably end up buying a 150mls of this shaving cream. Well the shaving cream is CRAP in my opinion like a number of reviewers here have already stated. If you really want to try it, buy it cheap off one of those kinda guys I mentioned earlier...

SOTD Rating 7/10 ...the SC is not recommended...

My initial plan was to have a "cold" shave (Proraso) but I decided to go warm and spicy instead. I think in the end that was a good call as I'm relaxed and feeling pretty toasty.

MAN, what a shave. Derby blades are impressive with their longevity. Feathers are close, but for the price I'm leaning towards the Derbys so far.

I convinced myself that eShave was overpriced since the SC was in the same price range as the AOS and I didn't feel it as moisturizing or lubricating (while the scent was by far the best I've smelt to date), but today it gave me the smoothest shave I've had yet. Seems it wasn't the SCs fault last time, but my own. Why.... I told myself I wouldn't buy anymore SCs but this is so good!

Excellent Shave today. Yesterday's Tech with Derby was just not up to shearing closely the most wiry of whiskers. Not sure if it was the razor or the blade, but tomorrow we shall see!

I can really take the time to enjoy my shave on days like today. I feel like a king and smell like one too. Technique is improving, 8/10 today. A nick and a weeper, some spots not as close as they could be.

i decided to try the palmolive brushless/williams soap combo as out lined by others here.it gave a good lather and lube.
did 3 passes instead of my usual 2

and very little irritation,only at the throat/neck junction.
which is my problem area.followed up with a warm towel,witch hazel and then the corn huskers lotion.(which i'm starting to like)
