shave creams & shipping in cold weather

good afternoon gents,

my order arrived today from QED and the trumper's tub of coconut oil appears vastly different from my last tub... there is no shine to it at all. perhaps letting it warm to room temp will bring it back to normal?

That's been my experience so far. I picked this hobby up during the colder times, and most of my creams have arrived frozen/hardened. I've found so far that simply setting them on the counter overnight, then opening them the next afternoon, and giving them a good stir, brings them back to "normal."

I admit I have no point of reference, but when it's all said and done, they still smell great, and so far all have performed as expected. If any damage has been done to them, it's not showing during my shaves!

This would apply to creams in both tubs and tubes (for me)... all 3 T's, Nancy Boy, Musgo, JM Fraser's, Charles Tyrwhitt, Speick, etc. etc.
