    I can see it - and the edge on that puppy! Wow.

    I'm not very experienced on sharpening knives, but from what I've learned from watching my sister (she's a chef) you have got a pretty sharp instrument, there.

    Looks very nice, to boot.
    The problem with Arsenal is that they always try to walk it in!

    As I may have said before . . .that is a good chunk of steel. I'm sure it took a good while to get where it is . . . nice even line. Do you / did you move up to something finer?
