Yeah, I've not found a B&M that knows what razors are worth yet.
I found a 100% coated in rust, chipped to hell, cracked plain horn scale sheffield 6/8" for ~$190 at one stall in my local flea market. Went a few stalls over, found a nearly NOS condition 5/8" Wicks Special with decorative bolsters for $16. Best bet is to talk to the seller, let him see you're honest and not out to screw him over, let him see you know what the razors are worth even if he doesn't, then make him a fair offer. Of course a lot of times the guy watching the stall isn't the guy who actually owns the razors, in which case you're out of luck.
