I am curious about those too. Are you looking at pathology lab blades or surgical prep blades?

I would expect some difference between the two. Prep blades almost have to be thrown away after one use, so why design them for longevity? Path blades might last longer and might be even sharper, but on the other hand they aren't designed with anyone's comfort in mind.
