Sometimes these classic Aristocrats just deserve admiration, respect, and acknowledgment. I try to preserve their beauty in photos -- the light was getting dim but I thought these 2 worked pretty well in showing their remarkable qualities.

They really are beautiful razors. I haven't had the pleasure of owning one/shaving with one yet, but I'm still hopeful....
Tea. Earl Grey. Hot.
just simply handsome.

If I still smoked.....I'd be having one about now.....LOL
Thanks Jake, great eye candy.

how much these go for?
They don't go as much as they attract -- like magnets. You can find some of these #15s in old estates, family collections, or among connoisseurs of classic shaving. I happen to have found mine in all those places -- and Ebay. Prices vary widely... These razors look & shave like a dream!

Enjoy life, relax, take a deep breath through your nose...exhale through the mouth...take another, now don't you feel better?
Gotta love those Brits! I've been enjoying an Aristocrat Jr., its damn near perfect!

I'm trying to collect a good example of every model of English Gillette produced and one of each of the lesser makers too. I have most of the English Aristocrats now along with about 60 other Gillettes and lesser known makers such as Velvet, Knockout, Eclipse, Boots, Wilkinson Sword etc
The Aristocrats do stand out though, fantastic razors.

Great pictures, Jake. Someday I'll add a solid bar Aristocrat to my rotation. Rhodium plated, of course.
So what's the #15's sibling? Is it the #16 or the #21? Well for many of us, the #21 is the best complement to the #15 -- so here she is -- another British beauty!
I know many of you also have these razors but do you ever get bored of admiring their class & charm?
Love me Brit Aristocrats , though truthfully in my opinion my Brit HD and #58 ( is this considered an Aristocrat ? ) actually give me a better and easier shave.
Have two boxed #16s, one boxed #21, one unboxed #22/66. Still chasing that elusive #15 ( but I do have a perfect box for when I do find it )
Nice pics Jake !!!!!
( though they don't quite reflect the beautiful shiney Rhodium finishes)

Tomorrow is one more day
Jake - as usual, great pics!
I agree with you on the #21. It's a great counterpart to the #15 and a splendid shaver. Along with my NEWs, those two Brits are among my favorite DEs. Oh, and let's not forget the #15's smaller brother - the Popular (found in various numbered sets). Same head, smaller handle.![]()

Wow, nice.
They are stunning razors. The open combs are in my opinion the best razor made.
