Default FS: Spyderco Mediam/Fine/UF set and TM "vegan" hard felt strop (CONUS)

First, here's a set of Spyderco 2"x8" bench hones. I'm selling because I have some more hones incoming and need to recoup some of the cost. The synthetic hones are the ones to go. See the review for these here: http://www.badgerandblade.com/vb/showthread.php?t=28545

SOLD Medium - $35 shipped CONUS I bought it exactly a month ago, and it has basically no wear to it (especially since these Spydies wear *very* slowly). It's unlapped but I can lap it at the buyer's request.

SOLD Fine - $40 shipped CONUS This and the UF were bought from MajorBurnz. It was lapped when I got it. One side is not lapped at all. You will maybe need to relap this every 50-100 years or so.

SOLD Ultra Fine - $50 shipped CONUS I lapped this on one side (other side unlapped). It took æons to do, even with a progression going from a DMT D8XX to D8E. You can buy one for this price on Amazon with Prime, but it will not be lapped on one side. This one, like the Spyderco Fine, will also probably not be dished in fifty years. That is, aside from lapping, this has about as much wear as it did when it came from the factory.

You can buy the Spyderco hones together for $110 shipped CONUS.

Tony Miller Hard Felt strop - $40 shipped CONUS Lastly, I am selling a Tony Miller Hard Felt strop with "veganized" hardware (i.e. his synthetic material instead of leather). One side is sprayed with 0.25 micron diamond spray from Hand American. Included will be half a bottle of 0.25 micron 18 carat Hand American diamond spray. (Don't worry, the spent half of that bottle didn't *all* go on the strop. I mainly used it on felt tips for polishing metal.)

You can buy everything together for $140 shipped CONUS.

I might have pictures tomorrow, depending on how sleep-depped I am from doing school work.

Take it for what it's worth but I've been using Spyderco hones for years and LOVE them. Super fine edge of the UF and so worth the price. If I didn't already have a set I would be on this like "white on rice on a paper plate in a snow storm".

    I recommend using them dry.

I forgot to mention that you can take $5 off each item if you meet me locally at a Starbuck's for pickup. Or Peets'. I apparently can meet at Peets' now too.

Point of clarification: The strop is for touching up a dulling edge, not regular stropping.

(Also, I just realized that I misspelled "medium" in the subject. How embarrassing...)

Discount expires in one hour. I'll extend it to all contributors. If you've wanted to try a hard felt strop, now's the chance!
