Is this razor usable?

Hi gents! I came across this razor on Czech auction site and it looks quite nice to me. I'm not even in the straight razor thing, I'm awaiting my first, but I like the idea. So I said myself it wouldn't be so bad to obtain some vintage razors. It is J. A. Henckels, one of the more popular brands here on B&B, as I inderstand. Do you recommend to buy this razor? And would by 20-30$ accurate? I don't know if I try to restore it myself or send it to someone reliable yet. I'm thinking of buying one of the cheaper coticule... i don't see why not. I'd buy it if I found it for that price. It looks good in the picture. Send it out to a honemeister though if you don't know how to hone yet. It looks to nice to learn on.

Henckels are great shavers.
