    Default Vie-Long Horsey?

Has anyone tried the Vie-Long horsehair brushes? I'd be really interested in hearing any feedback.

    Thx

I just got a Vie Long 13710 .It is sweet . I is some where between a pure badger and a boar.It does not hold much water but it will dry out quick. This brush will make a great travel brush.
It is a little prickly to the touch when it is lathered up it very soft to the face .It has good back bone for soap and a soft feel for cream .This is a great all around brush. At 19.95 it is a good value .The brush arrived in short order and service was great If you are a boar fan you will love he horse hair .If you are a vegan it will give you a chance to buy a soap brush .No horse was harm in harvesting of the hair for this brush.I will keep the post up as the knot blooms.
These brushes are available from Best Grooming Tools.

I used this brush on MWF today, this may well be the perfect brush for this
soap.It gave a great shave .If the boar guys want to go up this is a good
cheap and safe choice. This brush dries fast and would make a ideal travel brush.

+1 I have a NN Turkish horse brush (now going for 2,49 plus 2,90 shipping) and I can conform the above. The horse is becoming my go to brush.

Wil, Can you post a location to purchase the Turkish NN Brush.
I really like the sound of a 2.50. HH brush. For 2.50 I can steal the
knot out of it for retros. They are 20 mm the same size as most vintage
    knots. Cheers Rocket
